Anyone can become a debater! 

We welcome anyone who is interested in debating. It doesn't matter if you're a student or not, if you're old or young - anybody can debate. Simply drop by!
Of course, entering a new social group and debating amongst more experienced speakers can seem intimidating at first. Don't be scared - we don't bite. In fact, we'll try to integrate and teach you as fast as possible so that you can enjoy the full fun of debating as quickly as possible. Although we have beginners seminars at the beginning of every winter semester, you are more than welcome to join and start anytime. Plus: It's free! 
Experienced debaters are obviously also more than welcome.

Brief summary: Why should I join?

By debating you learn public speaking, rhetoric, how to make and structure arguments, how to find the right arguments, and how to enjoy all of this profusely. In our club you find friends with similar interests, you can talk and discuss the strangest things, and can embark on communal activities.
